This programme of weekly events allows all of our members to attend rowing sessions that best suit their own needs and desired workout level. Some of the sessions require you to reserve your seat in advance, this should allow busy people to maximise their time on the water. Others are drop-in, or you just get in touch with the organiser a week in advance to state your interest.
These outings are aimed at all levels, from new rowers to experienced. The aim is to get out on the water and enjoy a leisurely row, basic instruction will be provided by an experienced cox.

This is a session that will introduce you to and improve your fitness on the rowing machines. You'll receive coaching in technique and have a good workout - expect to sweat!
These sessions are aimed at rowers who'd like to row better, rusty rowers who'd like to refresh their skills, and any member who wants to spend an hour focussing on technique. Exercise level will be moderate, but expect to work up a sweat. Please sign up by Sunday evening each week.
