This programme of weekly events allows all of our members to attend rowing sessions that best suit their own needs and desired workout level. Some of the sessions require you to reserve your seat in advance, this should allow busy people to maximise their time on the water. Others are drop-in, or you just get in touch with the organiser a week in advance to state your interest.
These sessions are aimed at rowers who'd like to row better, rusty rowers who'd like to refresh their skills, and any member who wants to spend an hour focussing on technique. Exercise level will be moderate, but expect to work up a sweat. Please sign up by Tuesday evening each week.
